Note

Fee schedule, unchanged for eleven years

The fee on each mandate and the date it last changed. None has moved since 2015, and the note says why.

The fee has not changed since 2015. It is charged on assets, quarterly in arrears, and there is no performance fee on any mandate.

There is no fee on cash held for a client awaiting instruction, and no charge for a report, a meeting, or a call. Custody and audit are billed to the client at cost by the providers themselves, and we take no part of either.

We publish the schedule because a fee that has to be asked for is usually one worth arguing about. Ours is on the approach page, one line per mandate.

The reason it has not moved in eleven years is that the cost of running the three mandates has not moved. The team is nineteen people, four of them partners, and the mandates are small enough that growth does not require more of either.

Ask for the most recent quarterly report.

We will send it the same day. There is no call to sit through first.
